      This position is responsible for company contracts and transactions including franchise agreements, real estate leases, consulting services agreements and purchase and sale agreements.  This position will provide day-to-day legal counseling on contract drafting, contract management and other commercial matters. This position will be a key legal liaison with the Franchise, Development, Purchasing and Real Estate Corporate teams to support transactional and contractual compliance, and pre-litigation support for commercial matters.

This position develops and delivers an on-line and blended learning environment while assisting with Team Member and Management Training initiatives or national meeting workshops as required and participating on cross-functional teams in the design, development, testing and execution of training to improve or expand the Checkers/Rally’s People and Operating System.
