      This position is responsible for the human resource function and the strategic planning to provide Checkers and Rally’s with the best people talent available and to position the company as the Employer of Choice for employees who are focused on growth and incentives. He/she will research, develop, and implement policies, practices, and systems to target key initiatives as it relates to the employee life cycle such as Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations. They will be a strategic business partner focused on providing people metrics to understand employee engagement, turnover, and other HR metrics that impact business results. A successful candidate will have over 10 years director level experience along with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, judgment, communication, collaboration, and project management skills; as well as the ability to analyze information to creatively solve problems, lead change and drive execution and results.

    Hiring:
    • Technical Support Specialist

      The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop, field and mobile device environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware, software, mobile devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance. This person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. Education • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, from four-year college or university preferred • Industry certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) preferred Experience • 2+ years of on-site corporate Desktop support experience with demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a high degree of integrity and customer focus. • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards, including those associated with tablet and mobile devices. Includes Windows 7 Pro/Enterprise, iOS, Android, Mac OSX, as well as 2013+ Microsoft Office suite. • Familiarity with Active Directory and user/email/group provisioning and deprovisioning highly desirable.

    Hiring:
    • Supply Chain Analyst

      The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Department by performing activities associated with the effective management of Contract Procurement (Food, Paper, Equipment, Services, and Utilities), Distribution, and Logistics. This Analyst would primarily support the Equipment/Smallwares/Utilities areas with pricing, bid and contract process, bid analysis, and purchase of materials. This role supports monitoring and maintaining pricing process, accrual account, item set up, promotional and restaurant development planning, inventory management, product sourcing and other areas as necessary. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred. • A minimum of 5 years Procurement and Distribution experience within Foodservice Industry.
